From An Author's Perspective

Recently, I had to question myself again on what makes a great writer? I know there are several answers to that question. I decided I would bring it up again from fresh eyes. With the help of someone else, I wanted to see if I was off track. I pose the question to Faye Brown, author of Strange Fruit In A Small Town. Ms. Brown informed me that a great writer is someone who is totally committed to their work. "You write about what you love and have faith in your abilities." I believe I hit the head on the hammer. Writers are great if they believe in themselves.
